My name is Kimberly Young, and I am the founder of Sea Angel Wellness, a practice rooted in the belief that healing is both an art and a conversation between body, mind, and spirit.
I am a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO, currently practicing out of Lemon Water Wellness in Toronto’s Distillery District. I am also in the process of relaunching my private women’s practice from my loft studio in Riverside, a quiet, intimate space designed with your comfort and care in mind.
My work blends clinical massage therapy with intuitive presence and a deep respect for the mind-body connection. I offer personalized, trauma-informed care exclusively to women-identifying clients, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and restored.
I am currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine at AIM Academy of Integrative Medicine, working toward my full acupuncture licence to weave Eastern and Western healing traditions into a truly integrated approach to care.
My path to this work has been shaped by over a decade as a professional aerialist, years spent in deep dialogue with the body’s capacity for strength, softness, and spaciousness. That embodied understanding informs everything I do. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher and a graduate of Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy’s 2200-hour program, drawing on exercise therapy and movement principles to support lasting recovery and transformation.
My services include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, and Cupping Therapy.
