My name is Kimberly Young, and I am the founder of Sea Angel Wellness, a practice rooted in the belief that healing is both an art and a conversation between body, mind, and spirit.
I am a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO, currently practicing out of Lemon Water Wellness in Toronto’s Distillery District.
My work blends clinical massage therapy with intuitive presence and a deep respect for the mind-body connection. I offer personalized, trauma-informed care exclusively to women-identifying clients, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and restored.
I am currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine at AIM Academy of Integrative Medicine, working toward my full acupuncture licence to weave Eastern and Western healing traditions into a truly integrated approach to care.
My path to this work has been shaped by over a decade as a professional aerialist, years spent in deep dialogue with the body’s capacity for strength, softness, and spaciousness. That embodied understanding informs everything I do. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher and a graduate of Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy’s 2200-hour program, drawing on exercise therapy and movement principles to support lasting recovery and transformation.

Your choice of Swedish or deep tissue (or a blend of both). This session addresses your physical concerns and aims to promote wellness and relaxation. Techniques may include trigger point therapy, myofacial stretch, and soothing techniques light to deep pressure. Whether you seek relief from chronic pain or in need of rest and recovery, this tailored massage offers a harmonious blend of techniques to leave you feeling revitalized and balanced.

Reiki Massage Flow
60 mins of massage + 15 mins of reiki attunement)
This is a combination of massage therapy and energy healing reiki, which is a technique originating from Japan and has been used for centuries to relieve energy blockages and balance the energy in the chakras. The session may include chakra balancing meditations, crystal sound bath healing or tarot card pulling. This session relieves tension and blockages on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
This treatment works to boost your lymphatic system. Your lymphatic system helps to eliminate toxins and excess fluids from the body. This treatment involves light soothing rhythmic manual techniques to move lymphatic fluids; helping to reduce swelling, bloating and overall inflammation. Lymphatic massage improves circulation and flushes toxins from the body. By enhancing the parasympathetic nervous system, lymphatic massage stimulates the immune system that can help improve mood and promote better sleep. It can be used to improve digestion or treat lymphedema that happens post pregnancy or surgery.

Cupping + Massage
Cupping therapy uses special cups creating a vacuum suction to decompress soft tissues. The cups gently stick to your skin and lift underlying soft tissue into the cup. Cupping helps reduce pain, decrease inflammation, improve circulation and induces relaxation and well-being. Sometimes circular marks are left on the skin after treatment, the are temporary, lasting a few days up to a week. Cupping may be used to release facial adhesions, promote mobility and range of motion, and reduce painful trigger points.
